The 74th Hunger games have ended, and now It is time to head off on the Victory tour however much has changed in the last year, Gale has left district 12 and moved to district 7 to live with his girlfriend Johanna Mason, Katniss and Gale remain close, as close as brother and sister, President Snow is Dead, he died earlier this year,
Celestia Snow is now President. Prim has begun dating Gale's younger brother Rory. Peeta and Katniss are already Engaged, she has come to realize her heart belongs to him. Having realized this when they were on the flickerman show at the end of the games, she said" she could not imagine life without him, she had meant it and it showed. Katniss will marry Peeta, in the Capital at the end of the tour. They plan to start a family.
With Snow dead, Newly elected President Celestia has proposed a new Kind of Games to be known as the Justice Games.
Stating that No Longer will the Games be for sport at the Delight of the Capital, rather now will be used to judge true criminals, as Peacekeepers hunt them down.
The criminals must the Arena clock for 5 days (see the 2nd movie) if they survive it they will be pardoned as Innocent, if not they were Guilty and Justice was served. No weapons will be allowed they must survive on instinct. The Games will still be a Tv show, though. The Choice will belong to the citizens of Panem.
