Still if you get to know him Vlatko is actually a pretty cheerful boy even with the fact he was brought to Cyal against his will. He spends most of his time wandering around with his three bat-Pokemon, listening to the sounds of the city or people watching when he's able too.
[break][break]He really hates trainers because he finds the concept of keeping Pokemon confined and forced to battle against one another incredibly cruel. However, those that do manage to show kindness, understanding, and love to their Pokemon are considered pretty okay in his book - though an asshole will always be an asshole.
[break][break]While he has wishes to meet other assimilated tribe members - especially from his own Azrite - he's also slightly nervous and even a little sad about the concept of connecting with someone who's been through something just as he has. He would rather never meet another so that he can run with the daydream that everyone else is safe.

Because he speaks softly many overlook him and conversations continue without him. Still, should you manage to get him to open up to you he is a sweet boy who likes to laugh and try new things if he's able.

He cannot stand bullies but he has an unfortunate habit of shutting down around them despite his best interest. As one of the assimilated Azrite tribe, and blind, he has seen his fair share of nasty personalities over the years.

He finds himself pulling towards guys who are a little older than he is, though not by very many years. Someone who isn't rough, or rude. Who will be gentle with him and coax him into a more confident self.
